Job summary

The role requires maintaining professionalism in emotive settings, working both in a team and autonomously, with strong inter-agency communication and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• UKBA certification or current progression toward certification and registration.
• Experience delivering short-term family and parent-focused interventions.
• Ability to plan and lead workshops and therapeutic groups.
• Experience working with schools and educational partnerships.
• Provide clinical supervision to Band 5 staff.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in emotive care settings.
• Flexible, resilient, and capable of both teamwork and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with schools to deliver mental health services.
• Provide training and support to schools.
• Offer consultation to other MHSTs.
• Assess and manage risk and safeguarding.
• Establish and maintain inter-agency and inter-team communication.
• Provide specialist assessment, intervention, advice and consultation to CYPs and professionals.
