Job Title: SEN Mental Health Teaching Assistant
Location: Bletchley
Salary Scale: £450 - £525 per week
Start Date: ASAP or September
Contract Type: Long-term, 5 days a week, 8:30 - 16:30, with an early finish on Friday
This role is suitable for candidates looking to build on personal or existing experience in mental health and SEN. It’s important to be able to assess and qualify roles independently.

The provision, located in Milton Keynes, supports boys and girls aged 7-19 with a range of additional needs related to social, emotional, and mental health challenges. It is a larger primary and secondary setting, with over 50 students.
The school employs a restorative, therapeutic approach to education and behaviour management, focusing on engaging children in developing key personal skills for use both in and out of school.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work in classes of 3-6 pupils, with a staff-to-student ratio of 1:1.
