Qualifications

• Two satisfactory references required (last three years).
• Enhanced DBS checks required; Northern Healthcare covers costs.
• Structured training and development programme provided.
• Care experience optional but valued.

Responsibilities

• Promoting independence and developing daily living skills for service users.
• Supporting daily routines including cooking, budgeting and household tasks.
• Encouraging healthy lifestyles and adherence to care plans.
• Building community connections and facilitating participation in activities.
• Creating meaningful, person-centred experiences and activities.
• Providing emotional support and listening without judgement.
• Supporting recovery and progression toward greater independence.
