Job summary

Northern Healthcare Limited invites you to join its brand-new flagship Mental Health Supported Living service at Roby Road, Knowsley. You will support adults on their recovery journey in a modern environment, with full training from day one and a clear path for career progression.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll empower clients to rebuild independence, manage daily tasks, and engage in education and community activities, while benefiting from excellent pay and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Compassionate, person-centred approach.
• Experience in care, support work or mental health services.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Two satisfactory references (past 3 years).
• Ability to complete Enhanced DBS check (paid for by employer).

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are compassionate, reliable and committed to making a positive difference.

You'll ideally have:

• A caring, person-centred approach
• Experience in care, support work or mental health services, or a Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Experience supporting a family member, friend, or someone with additional needs is welcomed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Two satisfactory references covering the previous three years
• The ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by Northern Healthcare)
