Job summary
Northern Healthcare Limited is seeking compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to join Adamson House in Partington, Trafford. You will support adults with mental health needs, autism and learning disabilities on recovery journeys, delivering person-centred care at a modern 24/7 supported living service.
The role starts at £12.91 per hour with full training and development from day one. A supportive team and opportunities to grow within the organisation are provided, including funded
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Promote independence and confidence in daily living.
- Support daily routines including cooking, budgeting and personal organisation.
- Encourage healthy lifestyles and manage appointments and wellbeing.
- Help clients access community activities, education and employment opportunities.
- Support group activities, cooking, exercise and hobbies.
- Provide emotional support and maintain records for care plans.
