Job Description:

Axcis Education is currently working with a college in central Gloucester looking to recruit support workers and care workers, preferably with experience working with pupils with challenging behaviour. The role primarily involves supporting students to keep up with their studies and assisting with their time management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pupils with challenging behaviour and a confident yet approachable manner, with strong management skills. Youth workers with experience supporting pupils with SEMH are encouraged to apply. Experience in youth settings, referral units, specialist provisions, residential, or care sectors is valued. Flexibility is important; availability between 8.30 am and 3.30 pm is desirable. We offer competitive daily rates ranging from £95-£102, dependent on experience.
