SIS is recruiting Support Workers for Sherwood House in Stone, Staffordshire, a newly refurbished service with 12 one‑bedroom flats. You will help residents live semi‑independently, understand their needs, and work as part of a small, compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 health & social care qualification or willing to work towards this.
• People that are enthusiastic about making a difference.
• Self-motivated, empathetic, dynamic, and creative within the care sector.
• Experience of mental health needs and challenging behaviours, this can be work related or from life experiences.

• Provide outstanding care and support to individuals to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals and ambitions.
• Work as part of a caring team to create a safe, supportive environment in a mental health supported living setting.
