Zusammenfassung

Nursing Direct Limited is recruiting experienced Band 4 Mental Health Support Workers to assist individuals with complex mental health and behavioural needs in the Faversham area.

Your role spans community, residential and supported living settings, promoting independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes through person-centred support.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in mental health or healthcare settings.
• Experience with complex mental health needs and behaviours of concern.
• Experience with 2:1 support packages.
• PMVA training or equivalent.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a mental health, behavioural support or healthcare setting
• Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviours of concern
• Experience with 2:1 support packages
• Current PMVA training or equivalent
