Qualifications

• Male Mental Health Support Worker required under the Equality Act 2010.
• Experience in mental health, behaviours of concern, or healthcare settings.
• Experience working with 2:1 support packages and PMVA training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support in community, residential, and supported living settings.
• Build positive therapeutic relationships with individuals.
• Support daily living skills, independence, and community access.
• Implement behaviour support plans and risk management strategies.
• Work within 2:1 support packages where required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with care plans and safeguarding policies.
