Job summary

Winchester City Primary Care Network is seeking a proactive Part-time Administrator (18.75 hours/week) to support three GP practices: The Friarsgate Practice, St Clements Surgery, and St Paul’s Surgery. The role is hybrid with a minimum 50% onsite presence at St Clements Surgery, Winchester.

Availability on Mondays and ideally Fridays is preferred, with flexibility considered. Responsibilities include data entry, typing, minute-taking and MDT meeting coordination, plus supporting the smooth

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of IT proficiency across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• General administrative support: data entry, typing and word processing.
• Minute-taking and coordination of meetings, including MDT meetings.
• Support the smooth running of mental health services across the PCN.
