We are seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to join our passionate team at Sydney House in Salisbury.
Sydney House is a supported housing scheme supporting nine residents, located a 10-minute walk from Salisbury city centre. Our team adopts a person-centred approach to help residents reintegrate into the community.
Role overview:
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will support individuals affected by mental illness to regain confidence and participate in social and work activities, working closely with service users to achieve personal goals on their recovery journey.
