Job summary

Lifeways Group in Worcester is seeking dedicated Recovery Support Workers to help people with enduring mental health needs regain independence and re-enter their communities.

You will join a committed team delivering person-centred support within an Enhanced Community Recovery service, with shifts spanning 7am–10pm on a 37.5-hour week. A compassionate, reliable approach and good IT skills are essential; an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient IT skills including Word, databases and email.
• An NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is an advantage, but not essential.

Hours - This role is 37.5 hours per week and on a rota basis - hours between 7am-10pm

About The Role

We are seeking caring, honest and innovative individuals to join our dedicated team of Recovery Support Workers within our Enhanced Community Recovery supported living service in Worcester. In this role, you will work closely with clients to promote independence, build confidence and support their ongoing recovery journey.

About You

• You understand the challenges faced by people living with mental health conditions and are committed to providing compassionate, recovery-focused support.
• You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are confident using IT systems, including Word, databases and email.
• An NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is an advantage, but not essential
