Job summary

Lifeways is seeking caring, honest and innovative individuals to join our dedicated team of Recovery Support Workers within the Enhanced Community Recovery supported living service in Scunthorpe. In this role, you will work closely with clients to promote independence, build confidence and support their ongoing recovery journey.

You must have experience supporting people with mental health needs, strong written and verbal communication, and be confident using IT systems including Word, databases

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting people with mental health needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using IT systems (Word, databases and email).
• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to promote independence and build confidence.
• Support clients on their ongoing recovery journey.
• Provide compassionate, recovery-focused support.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver person-centred care.

Full-time 37.5-hour contract. Must be flexible to work early, late and sleep-in shifts on a rota basis Monday to Sunday.
