Job summary

Lifeways is recruiting Recovery Support Workers for the Enhanced Community Recovery service in Bentley, Doncaster. In this full-time role you will work with people living with enduring mental health needs to promote independence and support their recovery journey.

You will join a caring team, with shifts on a rota basis including early, late and sleep-in. Applicants should have experience in mental health support and good communication, and be confident using Word, email and databases.

Qualifications

• You must have previous experience supporting people with mental health needs.
• You understand the challenges faced by people living with mental health conditions and are committed to providing compassionate, recovery-focused support.
• You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are confident using IT systems, including Word, databases and email.
• An NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is an advantage, but not essential

Full-time 37.5-hour contract. Must be flexible to work early, late and sleep-in shifts on a rota basis Monday to Sunday.
