Job summary
Waythrough is hiring a Recovery Worker in Liverpool to provide person-centred support within a mental health recovery framework. The role requires working 17 hours per week across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays, with rota and on-call duties.
Training is provided and interviews occur progressively as positions are filled. The role focuses on helping adults with mental health needs to achieve independence, build confidence and access education, work and leisure opportunities within
Qualifications

- Flexibility to support a rota and on-call system.
- Experience isn’t essential as full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships and provide person-centred support
- Work with individuals to develop personalised support and recovery plans
- Support daily living skills including household tasks and financial management
- Encourage access to education, employment and leisure opportunities
- Promote independence, wellbeing and empowerment
- Work as part of a supportive team and take part in a rota and on-call system
