Contract: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours)

Cambian Group, the UK's largest provider of specialist services in children’s residential care, education, mental health rehabilitation, and learning disabilities, is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner. The role requires experience working in residential and CAMHS settings, specifically within Looked After Children’s services, and familiarity with the consultation model of service delivery.
We are looking for a Mental Health Practitioner to implement a trauma-informed approach across our complex care community residential services, working with young people exhibiting social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
If you possess excellent assessment skills and have strong therapeutic consultation experience in residential settings or working with Looked After Children, this role offers a rewarding opportunity.
