As a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, you will hold a professional qualification in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, or a related discipline registered with a recognised regulatory body.
You will be part of a CAMHS multidisciplinary community team, providing assessment and treatment to children with moderate to severe mental health issues.
You will contribute to care planning, formulate treatment plans, and lead cases requiring complex multi-agency involvement.
This role offers a £2,000 Golden Hello or Relocation Incentive for eligible Band 6 Nurses & Practitioners, subject to terms and conditions.
This is a fast-paced, key role in a busy community CAMHS team. Responsibilities include initial assessments, safeguarding, risk management, and high-standard care planning.
You will manage a diverse caseload, coordinate with external agencies, and co-facilitate groups and treatments with colleagues.
