These new positions are innovative and will provide vital mental health support to Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in Kent. PCNs are groups of GP practices working together in local areas.
We have numerous posts available across Kent's PCNs.
We are seeking experienced Mental Health Practitioners, including nurses, social workers, and occupational therapists, to work in PCNs under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS).
This is an exciting time as we begin transforming community Mental Health services. These roles are foundational to upcoming developments. Practitioners will work primarily within PCNs as part of integrated teams in GP surgeries.
We seek highly competent practitioners capable of making a difference in our primary care mental health service, providing high-quality interventions as part of the team.
