As a B6 Mental Health Practitioner, you will hold a professional qualification in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, or another discipline registered with a recognised regulatory body.
You will work within a CAMHS multidisciplinary community team, providing assessment and treatment for children with moderate to severe mental illness.
You will contribute to formulation and care planning for children and families, and lead cases requiring complex multi-agency involvement.
This role offers a £2,000 Golden Hello or Relocation Incentive for Band 6 Nurses & Practitioners, subject to terms and conditions.
This is a fast-paced, key role in a busy community CAMHS team. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, managing safeguarding and risk, and delivering patient-centred care. You will handle a diverse caseload, coordinate with external agencies, and co-facilitate group interventions.
