Requirements and Details

• You must have a live NMC UK pin to be considered.
• Various full-time and part-time posts available, with a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday.
• Positions are for OPMH, including three WTE posts for Timbury Ward (25 beds), 0.8 for Cuthbertson Ward (20 beds), and 0.6 for Iona Ward (20 beds).
• Salary is pro-rata for part-time hours.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Band 5 Staff Nurse, you will work within a multidisciplinary team, responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and evaluating care programs, and delivering care in partnership with patients, carers, and professionals. You will also take charge of the ward, supervise junior staff, mentor trainees, and maintain a safe environment.

Candidate Profile

You must be a registered nurse with experience in mental health settings, possessing the skills and knowledge to provide inpatient mental health care.
