Job Title: Band 6 Senior Mental Health Nurse, Hales

This role is based in East Anglia, within a trust offering comprehensive mental health services for adults, children, and older adults, including community care, inpatient services, and crisis support. The trust collaborates closely with local communities, healthcare providers, and agencies to provide holistic support for individuals facing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and assessing risk, making robust decisions collaboratively.
• Assessing young people, working with families and agencies to coordinate care, managing a caseload, and participating in duty rotations.
• Engaging in regular clinical and management supervision with a focus on reflective practice.
• Participating in team and individual development, with access to induction, training, and career progression opportunities.
• Ensuring care pathways are based on the biosocial model, with active involvement of the young person's voice.
• Providing compassionate, need-focused care to service users, families, and networks.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with specialization in Mental Health or Learning Disabilities.
• Knowledge of mental health practices from previous experience.
• Proven experience in risk assessment and management.
