Nursing Direct Limited is recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to provide high-quality mental health and complex care support across Tottenham and Enfield. The role involves working within supported living, residential and home care environments and delivering person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence and positive outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three months UK nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Valid NMC registration.
• Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months or registered on the Update Service.
• PMVA or equivalent behaviour-management training.
• CAMHS experience and previous shift-leading experience are desirable.

Nursing Direct is currently recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to provide high-quality mental health and complex care support across Tottenham and Enfield. Key responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality mental health and clinical support, assessing and responding appropriately to mental health and behavioural presentations, supporting emotional regulation and recovery-focused care, completing accurate care records and risk assessments, following care plans and safeguarding procedures, promoting independence and wellbeing, supporting shift coordination where required, and communicating effectively with service users, families and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Applicants must have a minimum of three months UK nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting, valid NMC registration, an Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months or registered on the Update Service, and PMVA or equivalent behaviour-management training. CAMHS experience and previous shift-leading experience are desirable.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Nursing Direct does not offer visa sponsorship and cannot accept candidates on 20-hour Student Visas or Skilled Worker Visas.
