Nursing Direct Limited, a provider delivering mental health and complex care, seeks Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our Barnet/Enfield teams. You will deliver person-centred mental health support across supported living, residential, and home care settings, promoting dignity and independence. You will assess needs, follow plans, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months UK nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Valid NMC registration.
• Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months or registered on the Update Service.
• PMVA or equivalent behaviour-management training.
• CAMHS experience and shift-leading experience are desirable.

Responsabilités

Nursing Direct is currently recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to provide high-quality mental health and complex care support across Barnet and Enfield. The role involves working within supported living, residential and home care environments, delivering person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence and positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality mental health and clinical support, assessing and responding appropriately to mental health and behavioural presentations, supporting emotional regulation and recovery-focused care, completing accurate care records and risk assessments, following care plans and safeguarding procedures, promoting independence and wellbeing, and communicating effectively with service users, families and healthcare professionals.

Applicants must have a minimum of three months UK nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting, valid NMC registration, an Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months or registered on the Update Service, and PMVA or equivalent behaviour-management training. CAMHS experience and previous shift-leading experience are desirable.
