Job summary

Nursing Direct Limited is recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to provide high-quality mental health and complex care support across Tottenham and Enfield. The role involves working within supported living, residential and home care environments and delivering person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months UK nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Valid NMC registration.
• Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months or registered on the Update Service.
• PMVA or equivalent behaviour-management training.
• CAMHS experience and previous shift-leading experience are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mental health and clinical support across care environments.
• Assess and respond to mental health and behavioural presentations and support emotional regulation.
• Complete accurate care records and risk assessments; follow care plans and safeguarding procedures.
• Promote independence and wellbeing; support shift coordination where required.
• Communicate effectively with service users, families and healthcare professionals.
