Get Set UK delivers employment, skills, and health services, and is part of Palladium. This IPS Employment Specialist role supports people with serious mental illness to move into competitive paid employment.

You will work with NHS clinical teams, travel across Mid Essex, and engage employers to identify opportunities while providing ongoing post-employment support. Full training in IPS is provided, and the role focuses on evidence-based placement and sustained employment outcomes within a

Qualifications

• Experience providing one-to-one advice, guidance or practical support to adults or young adults.
• Evidence of building trust, motivating people and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Experience managing a caseload, appointments or competing priorities while maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Support people to find and sustain competitive paid employment across Mid Essex.
• Manage a caseload and travel daily between clinical, community and employer locations.
• Engage with employers to identify job opportunities and support job starts.
• Complete vocational profiles and support applications and interviews.
• Work as part of NHS clinical teams and communicate wellbeing and risks.
