Job summary

Get Set UK is recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist to work with NHS clinical teams across Essex, helping people experiencing mental illness move into competitive paid employment. You will build employer relationships, manage a daily caseload and support job searches, applications and interviews, while ensuring wellbeing and reasonable workplace adjustments are considered.

You will travel across Essex, including Rayleigh area, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience providing one-to-one advice, guidance or practical support to adults or young adults.
• Evidence of building trust, motivating people and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Experience managing a caseload and keeping accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants in Essex to support job starts and sustainment.
• Travel daily across Rayleigh/Essex for employer engagement and community meetings.
• Work with NHS clinical teams and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Support applications, interviews and discuss workplace adjustments and wellbeing at work.
• Maintain accurate records and timely updates on progress and outcomes.
