An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Hub Clinician to join their evolving Primary Care Mental Health team. We are recruiting a Mental Health Hub Clinician to be part of a developing Primary Care Mental Health hub to support GP practices with mental health assessment and support for patients in their communities.
You'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions to adults with serious mental illness. With a focus on partnership approaches, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to provide holistic care. We seek motivated individuals eager to engage in training across multiple therapy modalities, signposting, and psychoeducation.
You will be based within the Buckinghamshire Primary Care Mental Health team, working across the county with a base at either our Aylesbury or High Wycombe site.
Main duties of the job
The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.
