Job summary

Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is recruiting Associate Practitioners to join the Integrated Access Partnership (IAP). In a multidisciplinary team, you will provide mental health triage, assessment and support to individuals in crisis, primarily via telephone.

The role is rotational, offering opportunities to work across bases, with strong supervision, induction and ongoing development.
