Cygnet Hospital Bury Hudson is seeking an Activity Coordinator to support and enhance care for men in our secure mental health service. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, helping patients engage in meaningful activities under the guidance of Occupational Therapy.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or passion for healthcare and learning disabilities is desirable.
• Some knowledge of Occupational Therapy.
• Creative flair and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Awareness of recovery approaches and social inclusion is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Encouraging patients to access and participate in activities and maintain hobbies.
• Plan and implement therapy programmes with required materials.
• Contribute ideas and facilitate events safely as part of the care team.
