Qualifications
Direct experience working inside a MEMS foundry.
At least 2 years in a project or process lead/manager role.
Hands-on metrology experience (SEM and related tools).
Ability to perform first-principles calculations.
Responsibilities
Own all external MEMS, PIC, and ASIC foundry relationships.
Lead foundry meetings, ensuring data-driven decisions.
Translate R&D intent into foundry-ready process flows.
Understand yield risks and manage tape-out readiness.
