The ideal candidate will have direct MEMS foundry experience, strong process engineering skills, and a hands-on approach to metrology. Responsibilities include managing foundry relationships, translating R&D goals into practical processes, and executing rigorous process optimisations. Qualifications

• Direct experience working inside a MEMS foundry.
• At least 2 years in a project or process lead/manager role.
• Hands-on metrology experience (SEM and related tools).
• Ability to perform first-principles calculations.

Responsibilities

• Own all external MEMS, PIC, and ASIC foundry relationships.
• Lead foundry meetings, ensuring data-driven decisions.
• Translate R&D intent into foundry-ready process flows.
• Understand yield risks and manage tape-out readiness.
