Job summary

Yolk Recruitment are supporting a leading engineering manufacturer in Chard to recruit a Process Engineer. You will own production processes, drive process optimisation across the foundry, improve efficiency, reduce waste and ensure products meet quality standards in a technically advanced environment.

The role requires practical experience in process control, PFMEA, 8D, OEE and Lean Manufacturing, with strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement lasting improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, 8D, OEE and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own production processes across the foundry area, ensuring capability and quality.
