Job Opportunity: Senior MEMS Design Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior MEMS Design Engineer to join an Edinburgh-based team developing microphone solutions for the world’s leading consumer devices.

Working as part of our client’s Semiconductor business unit, the Senior MEMS Design Engineer will be involved in world-class R&D for MEMS microphone applications, specifically developing MEMS (microelectromechanical systems) from concept to production. The engineer will model structures analytically and using COMSOL, collaborating with team members based in Hong Kong and Singapore. With significant expansion plans, our client offers strong career advancement opportunities.

This position can be at the Senior or Staff level, depending on the candidate's experience.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A University degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
2. Experience in designing MEMS devices and test structures
3. Experience with simulation tools such as Spice, Cadence, or Matlab (desirable)
4. Experience using COMSOL/FEA (preferred)
