Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a passionate and experienced nurse to join the Memory Assessment Service in Cornwall. You will assess and care for people with dementia, manage a caseload and work closely with carers, families and community services in a busy, rewarding role.

• Current professional registration with NMC.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
