You will work alongside local multi-disciplinary teams and carers, providing specialist nursing skills and clinical supervision, with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience in assessment of people with dementia.
• Ability to manage a caseload and work with carers/family members.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing skills in assessment and care of people with suspected dementia.
• Collaborate with consultants, GPs and primary care teams to support pathways.
• Deliver high quality safe and effective care in a busy multi-disciplinary setting.
