Nuffield Health is seeking a Membership Support Executive in Epsom with hybrid working (1 day per week). The role focuses on refund administration, membership processing, data accuracy and delivering high-level customer service across sites and central contracts.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to handle varied workloads, and have Administration and customer service experience. A membership environment and Gym Manager system experience are desirable.
