Job summary

CF Fundraising Ltd is recruiting a Membership Sales Representative to support BCN Wildlife Trust across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire. This field role operates at pre-booked venues and requires you to engage the public, build trust, and sign up new members.

You’ll work Friday to Sunday in a part-time capacity, earning £20+ per hour with uncapped commission and receive full induction, travel support, and uniform and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to build relationships, handle objections and deliver results.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Availability to work Friday to Sunday.

Membership Sales Representative – Wildlife Conservation

Salary/Rate OTE £20 per hour – uncapped commission

Hours: Part Time – Friday to Sunday (3 days per week)

CF Fundraising Ltd is looking for confident, professional and engaging Field Sales Representatives to represent BCN Wildlife Trust at carefully selected venues and events across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.

This is a rewarding face-to-face sales role where your ability to connect with people will directly support wildlife conservation across the region. Working at pre-booked venues, you'll inspire members of the public to become long-term supporters of one of the area's leading conservation charities.

The Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll engage members of the public in friendly, meaningful conversations, sharing the work of BCN Wildlife Trust and encouraging people to become members.

Working at busy shopping centres, garden centres, country shows, agricultural events and other high-footfall venues, no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to meet hundreds of people each week, using your sales experience to build trust, overcome objections and achieve excellent results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Representing BCN Wildlife Trust professionally at pre-booked venues and events.
• Starting engaging conversations with members of the public.
• Building rapport and communicating the impact of supporting local wildlife conservation.
• Inspiring people to become regular members of the Trust.
• Consistently achieving individual and team membership targets.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and has the confidence to approach new conversations every day.

You’ll already have experience in a target-driven, customer-facing environment and understand how to build relationships, handle objections and deliver results.

You’ll ideally have experience in:

• Telecoms or Utility Sales
• Brand Ambassador or Promotional Roles
• Hospitality or another customer-facing role with performance targets

You’ll also be:

• Resilient, positive and professional.
• Passionate about wildlife, conservation and the outdoors.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive team.
• Available to work Friday to Sunday.
• A full UK driving licence holder with access to your own vehicle.
