Village is seeking a dynamic Membership Advisor to drive membership growth and lead generation at our Leisure Club. You will close sales, deliver excellent guest experiences, and manage member data while collaborating with hotel teams to showcase what we offer.

We value energy, positivity, and the ability to connect with people from all walks. Prior sales experience is helpful, but attitude and a willingness to learn are prized as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is beneficial but attitude and energy matter more.
• Friendly, positive, and enjoys interacting with different types of people.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Hustle: hitting numbers, delivering on goals including referrals and calls, replying to enquiries within one hour.
• The Guest Experience: tailoring packages to the person, conducting productive tours, and signing up members.
• The Standards: daily walk-round to ensure facilities look immaculate and SOPs are followed, presentation remains impeccable.
• The Communication: being the face of the club, resolving complaints politely, capturing member data, and coordinating with the hotel team.
