Village Hotels is seeking a proactive Leisure Sales Manager to act as the commercial engine of the Leisure Club. You will lead, coach, and drive the Membership Advisors to hit ambitious revenue targets, turning prospects into members while maintaining a hands-on presence on the floor.

You’ll recruit, induct and train your team, manage daily rotas, and own the sales pipeline. The role rewards a strong commercial mindset, energy, and a passion for high performance in a hospitality setting.
