Job summary

Village Hotel Club Maidstone is seeking a passionate Leisure Club teammate to welcome new members through gym orientations and inductions, deliver fitness classes, and ensure the pool and facilities are clean and well-maintained. You’ll work alongside the Leisure Club team to create a welcoming, high-quality member experience.

Responsibilities include coaching, cleaning, and coordinating classes while maintaining Village’s high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness.
• Personal training qualification required.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Solutions oriented with proactive issue spotting.
• Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead gym orientations and inductions for new members.

Working alongside the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders, you’ll create a slick member experience that keeps the results coming (and the members too!)

A real ‘people person’, you’ll introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions, deliver some of our leading fitness classes, plus ensure the club is in tip top shape, through monitoring of the pool area and first class cleanliness.
