Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a fitness-focused team member to welcoming new members with gym orientations and inductions, lead fitness classes, and maintain club standards. You will support the Leisure Club Operations Manager and help deliver a top-class member experience across our hotels.

The role requires a personal training qualification and a passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness, with a commitment to excellent customer service and safety. DBS check is noted for this position.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness.
• Personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Ability to work safely and in compliance with guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead gym orientations and inductions for new members.
• Deliver Fitness classes and coaching sessions.
• Keep the club area clean and well-maintained, including pool area.
• Coordinate classes and support team leaders to ensure a great member experience.
• Provide a warm, friendly service that makes members want to return.

Working alongside the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders, you’ll create a slick member experience that keeps the results coming (and the members too!)
