Job summary

The Royal College of General Practitioners in London seeks a Membership Programmes Coordinator to support delivery of flagship programmes. Hybrid role requiring attendance at the Euston office at least twice weekly, 35 hours per week, on a fixed term basis.

You will coordinate, administer, and communicate across programmes, maintain plans, manage multiple tasks, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong programme or project administration and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with programme/project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a portfolio of flagship membership programmes and other strategic member engagement initiatives.
• Maintain programme plans, coordinate activities, and support member engagement; ensure programmes are delivered on time and to a high standard.
