Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking a Membership Operations Coordinator to assist the Membership Operations team with day-to-day and project work across the Soho House estate, including existing sites, new openings, Soho Support, payments and new systems. The role liaises with Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, and Soho Support, reporting to the Global Head of Membership Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in an administrative or systems-based role.
• Experience using Salesforce, Service Cloud or Zuora is preferred but not essential; experience with another similar CRM system is also welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Excel, with a proven ability to pick up new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Marketing Cloud on membership emails and data requirements.
• Support user testing for Salesforce needs and improve member experience.
• Build reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Omni, and support rollout of new features.
