Job summary

Delano London, part of the Ennismore group, is launching a new Membership Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Members Club. You will ensure onboarding, payments, access, and member administration are seamless and accurate, supporting growth of a premium hospitality program.

You will work across hotel operations, Finance, IT and Brand teams to deliver discreet, personalised service while protecting guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in membership operations or similar.
• Experience with CRM platforms, payment systems, and member databases.
• Familiarity with membership reporting and data privacy requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end membership lifecycle from application to renewals.
• Ensure accurate onboarding, payments, access, and member administration.
• Provide reliable reporting and operational support to the Director of Membership.
