Job summary

Bannatynes is seeking a dynamic Membership Advisor in Worksop to promote and sell memberships through personalised tours and engaging presentations. You will drive new sign-ups while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining accurate member records.

The role requires strong sales focus, excellent communication and a passion for health and wellness, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays. You will be supported by a collaborative team and company perks.

Qualifications

• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer focused attitude.
• A genuine passion for health, wellness and customer service.
• The ability to work to deadlines and be KPI driven.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Desirable previous experience in sales, customer service or fitness environment with targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations and follow ups with prospective members.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Provide a welcoming and informative experience for all potential and new members.
• Handle inquiries, appointments and follow up calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage the membership sign up process, including contracts, data entry and payments.
• Maintain accurate membership records and confidentiality of member information.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as reports and sales metrics.
• Collaborate with fitness and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new members.
• Participate in member retention activities such as welcome calls and surveys.
