Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
• Be a competent key holder of the club, covering shifts as needed.
• Understand the membership software system well.
• Stay up to date with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these.
• Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
• Experience the products and services on offer.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Facilities above expectations by actively participating in the upkeep of the club, with team support.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints effectively and inform the relevant manager.

Need to be:

• Outgoing, positive personality
• Competent with administrative duties
• Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
• Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities
• Able to perform operational key holder duties as required
• Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
• Flexible to work shifts and support team members
• Target-focused to support sales and retention goals
