Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
- Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
- Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
- Understand and operate the membership software system.
- Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate in these activities.
- Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor responsibilities.
- Experience the products and services offered.
- Maintain the cleanliness of facilities, supporting the full team in upkeeping the club.
- Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
- Handle member complaints effectively and notify the relevant manager.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with a positive mindset.
- Competent in administrative duties.
- Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop specific skills and behaviors.
- Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities.
- Able to perform operational key holder duties as required.
- Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
- Flexible to work shifts and take on additional duties to support the team.
- Target-focused to support sales and retention goals.
