A leading recruitment agency seeks a Membership & Events Coordinator to manage memberships and support events across the UK. You will handle queries, provide committee support, and assist with administrative tasks. Ideal candidates are organised, detail-oriented, and confident in representing the agency at events. This role offers a competitive salary and flexible working arrangements, including the possibility of a 4-day work week.
Location: Dartington, South Devon (office-based with occasional travel across the UK)
Salary: £32,000 – £36,500 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible options considered)

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering the chance to manage memberships, support events, and play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences.
As a Membership & Events Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of supporting professional societies. You’ll take full responsibility for one small association of around 250 members and its annual conference, while also helping with membership management, committee liaison, finance, digital updates, and event support across the UK.
