Job summary

Six Senses London is seeking a Membership Coordinator to nurture our member community and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism. You will onboard new members, communicate benefits and our ethos, and coordinate member events to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will maintain accurate member records in PeopleVine, prepare engagement reports, process applications and renewals, and assist with membership communications and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 1–2 years in guest relations, membership services, or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
  • Good admin and organizational skills, attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM familiarity (PeopleVine advantageous).

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for members, handling inquiries and feedback.
  • Assist onboarding of new members; communicate benefits and ethos.
  • Coordinate and communicate member events, activities and experiences.
  • Maintain warm, personalised service and positive member relationships.
  • Keep member records up-to-date in the CRM (PeopleVine).
  • Prepare engagement, renewal and participation reports for the Membership Manager.
  • Process membership applications, renewals and payments per policy.
  • Assist in creating and distributing membership communications and promos.
  • Support event logistics and cross-team coordination.
  • Attend meetings and report on member feedback and trends.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for members, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and feedback.
  • Assist with onboarding new members, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about the benefits, events, and community ethos.
  • Support the coordination and communication of member events, activities, and experiences.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members, ensuring a warm, personalized, and consistent level of service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the CRM system (PeopleVine).
  • Prepare reports and data summaries for the Membership Manager, including engagement metrics, renewals, and event participation.
  • Process membership applications, renewals, and payments in line with policy.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of membership communications and promotional materials.
  • Support event logistics and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and members.
  • Attend departmental meetings and provide updates on member feedback, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, membership services, or front-of-house operations (preferably in luxury hospitality).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (PeopleVine experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and passion for wellness and sustainability.
