Job summary

Six Senses London is seeking a Spa Receptionist to support the guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless front-of-house operations and premier hospitality. You will manage bookings, greet guests by name, and maintain spa cleanliness to Six Senses standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in luxury spas or health clubs.
  • Hospitality diploma/degree preferred; references required.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Check and assist with daily spa reception setup per Six Senses standards.
  • Make, reconfirm and verify guest bookings; manage appointment schedules.
  • Greet guests on arrival and complete check-in/registration efficiently.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of front-of-house reception and spa areas.
  • Replace towels and amenities in spa common areas as needed.
  • Offer retail to guests and maintain the retail area per standards.
  • Answer telephone and email communications promptly.
  • Uphold Six Senses guidelines and exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Adhere to LQA standards and guest feedback.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Check and assist with the setup of daily operations of the spa reception according to Six Senses Spa standards.
  • Make, reconfirm and verify guest bookings and manage appointment cards or appointment schedules for the following day.
  • Greet guests on arrival and conduct check-in and registration procedures in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area and spa, concentrating on front of house areas.
  • Remove and replace towels and amenities in the spa common areas (included wet areas) as needed.
  • Ensure retail is offered appropriately to the guests and retail area is set up as per standards.
  • Answer the telephone and email communications.
  • Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar luxury spas and health clubs with proven references. Hospitality diploma/degree?from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
  • Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I keep myself updated with the latest trends in fitness and wellness.
  • Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
