Job summary

Six Senses London is seeking a dedicated Residences Night Concierge to deliver exceptional resident experiences across luxury accommodations. You will respond to requests, provide personalised recommendations, and coordinate transfers and services with various teams to ensure seamless stays.

You will use MS Office and hotel systems, maintain strong knowledge of local attractions, and uphold Six Senses standards while supporting residents in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year experience in a luxury/hospitality setting.
  • Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM).
  • Excellent English communication; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to residents' requests accurately by assessing needs and offering personal recommendations to maximise satisfaction.
  • Assist residents with inquiries related to residences and hotel services, hours of operations, and events.
  • Coordinate with departments for transfers and arrange travel accommodations as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and neighbourhood points of interest.
  • Adhere to Six Senses guidelines and LQA standards; uphold high service standards.
  • Safeguard safety, security and emergency procedures and provide professional, courteous service.

Job description

As a Concierge, I recognize that my role is critical in creating exceptional resident experiences.

  • Respond to a wide variety of residents’ requests accurately by assessing their needs and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with the residents’ standards and policies.
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  • Process and handle all residents’ requests regarding packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming.
  • Assist residents with all inquiries related to residences and hotel services, hours of operations, key personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Coordinate with departments for transfer-related requests and assist residents with transfers to and from the residences if required.
  • Recommend, schedule, and plan with the residents for their preferred activities during their stay.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of local key occurrences (directions, monuments, activities, restaurants, shopping, flora, and wildlife found on the property and the neighbourhoods).
  • Have knowledge of all Six Senses Hotels, Resorts, and Spas to arrange accommodation and make travel arrangements on request.
  • Have knowledge of countries within reasonable reach and what they have to offer.
  • Have knowledge of the history and demographic facts about the current country.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Have knowledge of all safety, security, and emergency procedures related
  • Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Residences Night Concierge, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar operational setting. Hospitality diploma/degreefrom a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
  • Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have excellent knowledge of guest related functions, guest service and local surrounding areas.
  • Knowledge of residential portal platform would be an advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language with confident communication skills. A second language would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate. Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
